Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use mobile games published by FurDice, who processes it, and how you can control it. It applies to every app listed in section 1 and to this website.
1. Who we are and which apps this covers
The apps are published by FurDice, an independent game developer in the Republic of Korea (developer name on Google Play: FurDice). Contact: furdicegames@gmail.com.

2. Summary

- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob collects device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
- Cloud save (where available) uses Google Play Games services and only works if you sign in.
- Your game progress is otherwise stored only on your device.
3. Data collected by our apps

4. How each service uses data
4.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our apps show banner, interstitial and/or rewarded ads through Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, AdMob collects the data listed in section 3 (advertising ID, app set ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, app interactions and diagnostics) and uses it to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud.
Whether ads are personalised depends on your device settings and, in some regions, your consent. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time (see section 8). Learn more inHow Google uses information from sites or apps that use its servicesand the Google Privacy Policy.
4.2 Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
In apps marked "EU consent form" in section 1, users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland see a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform (a Google-certified consent management platform) the first time they open the app, and can choose whether their data may be used for personalised ads. The choice can be changed at any time with the Privacy settings button in the game's settings. The other apps do not show a consent form; for users in these regions, ads are limited (or not shown) as required by Google's EU User Consent Policy.
4.3 In-app purchases (Google Play billing)
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. Card and payment details are never shared with us. The app receives only the purchased product ID and purchase status, delivers the item, and stores the resulting entitlement (for example "ads removed") on your device so it can be restored. See the Google Privacy Policy.
4.4 Cloud save (Google Play Games services)
Only if you sign in to Google Play Games, the app saves your game progress (such as level progress, item counts and settings) to Google Play Games storage so you can continue on another device. This data is not sent to us.
4.5 On-device storage
Game progress is saved in the app's private storage on your device. It does not leave your device, except as cloud save described in 4.4.
5. Purposes and legal bases
- Showing and measuring ads, preventing ad fraud — AdMob data. Legal basis (where GDPR applies): your consent for personalised ads; our legitimate interest in funding free games for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention.
- Delivering and restoring purchases — purchase data. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Saving your progress across devices — cloud save data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (the feature you chose to use).
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for any other purpose.
6. Sharing and international transfer
The data in section 3 is collected and processed by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) and its affiliates. It is transmitted over the network from your device to Google's servers, which may be located in the United States and other countries, whenever the app requests an ad, makes a purchase or syncs a cloud save. Google retains it according to its own policies. Google relies on legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA and UK.
If you do not want this transfer, you can delete your advertising ID, opt out of personalised ads, avoid purchases and cloud save, or stop using and uninstall the app. Some data is still needed to show any ad at all, so the app cannot run ads without it.
7. Retention and deletion
- On-device data: kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Cloud save data: kept until you delete it in Google Play Games.
- Advertising data: kept by Google according to Google's retention policy.
- Purchase records: kept by Google Play according to Google's policy and applicable law.
- Emails you send us: kept only as long as needed to answer, then deleted.
8. Your choices and rights
- Advertising ID: on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete it.
- Personalised ads: manage at My Ad Center; in the EEA/UK/Switzerland also via the in-game Privacy settings button.
- Cloud save data: delete it in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.
- On-device data: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps.
- Purchases: managed in your Google Play account (Order history).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, most requests are handled directly through the Google tools above, but you can always email us at furdicegames@gmail.com and we will help. We will respond without undue delay.
9. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (the target audience in Google Play Console is 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help delete it.
10. Security
We do not run servers or store your personal data ourselves, which keeps the data we handle to a minimum. All network traffic from the apps is encrypted (TLS), and access to our developer and advertising accounts is limited to FurDice staff.
11. This website
This website (furdice.com) does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes (see theGitHub Privacy Statement).
12. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. For significant changes we will also give notice in the app or on this website.
